WORCESTERSHIRE, UK — XTA Electronics promoted Richard Fleming to application and support manager. Fleming has 20 years working in pro audio R&D. Prior to XTA, Fleming worked at Klark Teknik and Laney/HH Amplification.
“I believe the best way to really appreciate what the working environment is like for both our equipment and the people who use it is to be there at the sharp end with them,” said Fleming, noting his frequent attendance at trade shows. “At pretty much every one, I’m first in and last out,” he said.
“It’s also very important to have a hands-on, technical approach to customer support and with that in mind I try to visit our customers whenever possible to answer any questions meaning that users can get the most out of our products,” Fleming continued. “At the same time I can get face-to-face user feedback on what product enhancements may be desired and any additional features that users would like to see.”
“Richard knows our products inside out, and his new role means that we’re once again out there in the field on a regular basis, which is good for us and the engineers that use XTA and MC2 products,” said Bill Woods, XTA group sales and marketing director.
