LUDWIGSBURG, Germany — As announced by Bernhard Wuestner, the managing director of TWAMBO GmbH, all of the assets of professional sound reinforcement loudspeaker manufacturer TW Audio GmbH (now in administration) have been successfully purchased as part of a management buyout, which was completed shortly before Christmas 2020. The new changes came into effect on January 1st, 2021.
The TW Audio brand will continue from its existing operation in Ludwigsburg (located outside of Stuttgart, Germany) under the new company, TWAMBO GmbH. In all other respects, business will continue seamlessly for TW Audio’s extended family of international representatives and customers.
TW Audio distribution in the USA, Canada and Mexico will continue to be handled by Mick Whelan of TW Audio Americas Inc. (www.twaudio.us), located in Burnsville, Minnesota.
