MONTREAL — Solotech acquired Toronto-based Midnite Hour Productions. Company founders Marty Anderson, Louis Racine and all other employees are now part of the Solotech team. Separately, the company named Jean-Louis Blanchard vice president of the company’s integration and sales division and promoted Ron Morissette to general manager of the sales and integration division of Solotech’s Toronto office.

According to François Ménard, CEO of Solotech, the acquisition of Midnite Hour will allow Solotech to consolidate its position in the greater Toronto market while adding to its team of lighting, video, rigging and set design professionals working on stage productions, film and corporate events.

Appointment of Jean-Louis Blanchard
