Noting Keith Mitchell’s departure, Shockwave welcomed Craig Kruger, a 35-year freight forwarding veteran (pictured here), as its new director of operations. The company also named Chris Gratton director of business development and announced that Benny Collins will play a key role on Shockwave Cargo’s sales team.
