WAUKESHA, WI – Paul German, a 20-year customer service veteran, has joined Lewis Sound & Video Professionals, Inc. as its head of business development.
German is CTS-certified by Infocomm International, certified as a Master Trainer by SMAART Technologies, and is active in the American Society for Training and Development and the Professional Help Desk Association.
