ANNAPOLIS JUNCTION, MD – FiberPlex Technologies, LLC, formed by Buddy Oliver and Cynthia Oliver Peters in July, 2011 to acquire the assets and operations of FiberPlex, Inc., recently completed that acquisition, which includes the LightViper and Shadow product lines.
FiberPlex Inc., founded in 1987, introduced the LightViper brand of products for the pro-audio market in 2004.
