ATLANTA – ProTheatrical.com announced that Atlanta Sound and Lighting will assume control over the operation of the Web site and fulfillment of customer orders from its Georgia-based office and warehouse.
ProTheatrical.com, which serves theaters, hotels, schools, churches, and individuals directly via www.protheatrical.com, has been operating since 1997. Russell Haugen, of New Century Lighting, former owner of ProTheatrical.com, says he is "confident and excited" about the new arrangement, which shifts the Web site's operations from its former home base in Albuquerque, N.M.
"We really worked hard to make sure that our customers would have little or no interruption of the level of service they have come to expect from ProTheatrical.com during the transition," Haugen said. "Our network of trusted vendors and manufacturers have helped to make that possible."
Atlanta Sound and Lighting, a provider of lighting, sound, and staging services to the concert, tradeshow and corporate industries throughout the southeast and nationwide, has been operating for 33 years.
