The 212IM-L is a three-way, double 12-inch, lightweight line array. The enclosure is a copolymer based all-weather design. The 212IM-L is designed for use in direct weather outdoor installations as well as in indoor applications where high vocal intelligibility and accuracy are required.
The 212IM-L uses two ONE SYSTEMS 12-inch 12I/O low frequency drivers. The mid range section features two vertically oriented 6.5” (165mm) neodymium based direct radiators. The high frequency consists of three compression drivers coupled to a planar front wave guide with a nominal horizontal included angle of 90 degrees.
The 212IM-L is optimized for outdoor applications such as football stadiums, baseball stadiums, race tracks and other sports venues where permanent installation is required in direct weather exposure environments and the enclosure is manufactured using a copolymer optimized for high UV exposure and long life in harsh environments. All internal and external rigging and suspension hardware, as well as the metal grill, are stainless steel or high-strength aluminum. The system is also designed for outdoor public address applications, general purpose indoor applications in multipurpose rooms, indoor sports venues and all other general performance applications.
