STOW, OH — Audio-Technica US, Inc has named Bruce Vanzo as vice president, finance and chief financial officer. Philip Cajka, Audio-Technica president and CEO, made the announcement. Drawing on over 20 years of experience, Vanzo will direct Audio-Technica's financial planning in accord with the company's objectives for further expansion and market penetration. As a member of A-T's top leadership group, Vanzo's responsibilities include formulation and administration of strategies to maximize overall company performance. Working closely with company officers and managers, Vanzo will help assess key opportunities for growth and diversification. He will oversee all Audio-Technica accounting, financial and reporting activities, providing accurate analysis and projections to identify emerging trends, while also coordinating inventory management systems to assure prompt delivery of customer orders and adherence to the highest operational standards. Additionally, he will collaborate with the Human Resources department to maintain a competitive employee benefits package. Vanzo will partner with A-T's international corporate management to develop cohesive accounting policies and propel the company's success in the worldwide marketplace.
Bruce Vanzo has an extensive background in finance and accounting for the technology industry, most recently serving as Vice President of Finance/Operations for New Tech Innovations. Vanzo was previously Director of Finance at Pioneer Standard Electronics, Inc.
