LONDON — Britannia Row Productions supplied Butterfly Outline arrays to amplify Will Young’s U.K. tour for the second time. That tour wrapped up with a mid-December show at London’s Roundhouse. Sound reinforcement on the tour featured an audio system comprising 32 Outline Butterfly CDH 483 Hi-Pack modules and eight Subtech 218s, powered by Outline T9 amplifiers — including two 4800-watt units and one rack unit weighing in at only 12 kg.
The audio technicians on the tour were Davide Lombardi, system engineer, and Gary Bradshaw, FOH engineer.
Young has scored a number of hits since winning the first edition of British TV’s Pop Idol in 2002.
