SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — Telefunken USA will now be called Telefunken Elektroakustik, according to CEO Toni Fishman and Alan Veniscofsky, director of operations, who attended a meeting of the Telefunken worldwide partner alliance in Frankfurt hosted by Telefunken Holding AG CEO Hemjö Klein.
The meeting also included Telefunken licensees from Germany, France, Italy, Greece, Spain, various East European countries, Russia, Israel, Middle and Far East.
Telefunken Elektroakustik, which has worked to revitalize the 105-year-old brand, plans to expand their professional microphone line in 2009.
