ASUNCION, Paraguay – NJ Audio & Lighting supported a mid-May celebration of Paraguay's bicentennial with Proel Edge bi-amplified monitors for the main stage and two Proel Axiom clusters with relative sub-woofers for side-fills.
The event, which featured some of the country's most prominent pop and folk artists and political figures, was held in the park next to the Government Palace. The unconventional location also influenced the choice of gear used.
The system included:

– 4 Axiom AX1115SP modules
– 12 Proel Edge 15CXPB monitors
– 2 KPTAX2265P flying bars
– 12 Powersoft K6 amplifiers
– 1 DSO26 digital processor for the Axiom system
– 4 XTA DP 224 digital processors for the monitors
Nene Jara, owner of NJ Audio & Lighting, credited the system as "impeccable." Ramon Osorio, sound engineer, added that the Proel gear "hardly needed any equalization at all, and they sounded great."
