ROME — Mister X, the Italian production company handling Sabina Guzzanti’s satiric Vilipendio tour across Italy, is using a sound reinforcement system including a Proel Axiom Compact and AX1115SP subwoofers for the front and side stage. They are powered by Powersoft K-series amplifiers and Proel digital processors. EDGEC65P speakers reinforce sound for the first rows of the audience.
Guzzanti, an Italian actress and author, mixes comic rap performances with audience interaction and portrays Italian characters including Finocchiaro, D’Alema, Annunziata, Carlucci, Sgarbi, Di Pietro, Bertinotti, chartered accountants, young left-wing politicians, lawyers, people from the street, members of Parliament, journalists and religion teachers. Her themes range from justice to revolutions, religious parties, scandals and even Bollywood dances.
The gear provided by Raffaele Gurrado, owner of Mister X, includes 32 Proel Axiom Compact AX2265P speakers, 16 AX1115SP Axiom Compact subwoofers, 12 Powersoft K-series amplifiers (K6 model), 4 DSO26 digital processors, 6 EDGEC65P 6.5-inch two-way speakers with 1-inch compression driver. The tour is also being supported by Stefano Rossi, owner of Magic Bass.
