DOHA, Qatar – The 22nd FIFA World Cup began Nov. 20 and will continue until Dec. 18 with international sports coverage from some of the most represented broadcast companies in the world. K-array USA noted that live event production company CP Communication provided Fox Sports with K-array Pinnacle audio solutions to serve as a sound reinforcement solution within the FOX Sports studio.

K-array USA played a major part in the game this year by taking up residence in Fox Sports brand new, state-of-the-art set located along the Corniche waterfront promenade in Doha. The desert climate and high demand of the event called for durable systems with a performance caliber to last weeks in one location. The impressive broadcast studio, spanning almost 5K feet and two stories, will serve as the epicenter for the network’s cutting-edge presentation of the tournament.
Veteran live event production company CP Communication provided Fox Sports with K-array Pinnacle audio solutions to be the sound reinforcements in the FOX Sports studio.
A requirement of the network’s space was that there were to be no visible speakers. High-end custom structures were created, with an elegant meander motif, to house multiple high-performance K-array Pinnacle KR802 II sound systems throughout the studio complex.
