NEEDHAM, MA — K-array, USA announces the newest addition to its technical support team, Mr. Michael Green. Green will be joining as the Technical Support Administrator, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and a passion for audio technology.
Green comes to K-array with a solid background in audio technology and technical support. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music with a focus on Sound Recording Technology from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell, and he has spent the last few years working in the field. Green’s experience includes troubleshooting complex audio systems, providing technical guidance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
In his role as Technical Support Administrator, Green will assist customers and partners with their audio system inquiries and concerns. “I am excited to join the K-array team and contribute to the exceptional support they provide to their customers,” says Green. “Audio technology has always been a passion of mine, and I look forward to helping our clients achieve the best possible audio experiences.”
