UC Davis Mondavi Center Sings with Meyer Sound

DAVIS, CA – Robert and Margrit Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts at the University of California Davis campus is the premiere performance venue in Northern California. Named after the family that founded the famous Robert Mondavi Winery in the Napa Valley, the Center hosts more than 100 performances annually, including world-renowned philharmonic orchestras, rock concerts, lectures and dance performances, as well as various programs presented by UC Davis. Jackson Hall, Mondavi’s 1,801-seat venue designed with natural acoustics mimicking the world’s best classical concert halls in Vienna and Amsterdam, is now equipped with a sound system comprising Meyer Sound M’elodie line array loudspeakers and 600-HP subwoofers.

Daytona 500 Event Accelerates with Martin

50th Annual Grammy Awards Steal Show with Sennheiser

LOS ANGELES Sennheiser filled the stage with performances from Rihanna, Beyoncé, Fergie, Josh Groban, Andrea Bocelli at the 50th Annual Grammy Awards Ceremony, broadcast live from the Staples Center in Los Angeles. Most of the Sennheiser performers opted to sing into Sennheiser's new MD 5235 dynamic capsule in combination with the top-of-the-range SKM 5200 wireless microphone, while others, including the "Biggest Night In Music's" biggest winner, Amy Winehouse, used Sennheiser's wired evolution e 935, and the Foo Fighters' Dave Grohl favored the classic MD 431 II.
