JOHANNESBURG, South Africa – Of the 10 stadiums around South Africa hosting FIFA World Cup matches, nine have been equipped with Electro-Voice gear by EV distributor Prosound Ltd. Six of the stadium announcers are also using EV wireless microphones.

LAGOS, Nigeria – PF Syztems, the soundco that originally installed a 40-channel Allen & Heath ML3000 VCA console at FOH with a 40-channel GL4000 at monitor position when Daystar Christian Centre in Ikosi was first opened three years ago, returned to upgrade the system with an Allen & Heath iLive digital mixing system.

SKOPJE, Macedonia – DT Kodi recently used AKG's DMM 4/2/2 digital automatic microphone mixer as part of a larger audio upgrade using gear from Harman Professional audio upgrade at the U.S. Embassy in Macedonia. LONDON – A DiGiCo SD7 is handling the input/output-heavy monitor requirements for Elvis: The Concert, a production that pairs former TCB bandmates and a 16-piece orchestra on stage with a projected backdrop of Elvis' performances preserved on film and video.
