Cyrus performed with a Shure 565SD Classic Unisphere, and Idol, along with Joan Jett, used KSM9 capsules and were on the Shure Axient digital wireless system.

AVIXA Postpones InfoComm 2021 from June to October

ORLANDO – David Labuskes, CEO for AVIXA, announced in early February that, following January discussions weighing the pros and cons of postponing InfoComm 2021, the association had opted to push the show back by more than four months. InfoComm 2021, originally scheduled for mid-June, will take place at Orlando’s Orange County Convention Center from Oct. 23‑29.

CARLSBAD, CA – No, we didn’t get to hang in the Anaheim Hilton bar this year, but from Jan. 18-22, 2021, some 93,226 online visitors attended NAMM’s virtual “Believe In Music” event. This highly successful cyber-tradeshow featured music and audio gear from 1,227 brands, along with 611 hours of content, live streams, sessions and events – all available just a few mouse clicks away. And from a live sound reinforcement viewpoint, there was plenty to check out.
