The new Super C handheld supercardioid condenser is the first in a series of customizable performance mics. Combining ruggedness, low handling noise and ergonomic comfort, the Super C features the same proprietary capsule technology employed in Holophone’s highly acclaimed surround microphones, including the award-winning H2-PRO mic used in broadcast, concert sound, film and music recording.

LAS VEGAS, NV — Designed from a sound reinforcement perspective, specifically for live stage performance — while equally suitable for studio recording — is the SanGreal Gold Series amplifier. The unit combines a neodymium ribbon driver, advanced woofer and state-of-the-art preamp, control, effects and 400 watts of biamplification for full range reproduction of guitars, harps, violins, pianos, harmonicas, mandolins, banjos, brass, woodwinds, accordions and more. Optional tube preamps provide the choice of ultra-clean sound, classic warm tonality or a bluesy groove.

The passive ZX1-Sub is the latest member of Electro-Voice’s compact and lightweight ZX loudspeaker family. Its EV-engineered 12” EVS-12S woofer operates in the 42 Hz to 200 Hz (-10 dB) frequency range and boasts a frequency response of 53 Hz to 125 Hz (-3 dB). The nominal impedance of the subwoofer is 8 ohms and its maximum sound pressure level is 127 dB. A 15mm-thick internally braced wooden enclosure with two side handles, structured coating and a sturdy steel grille are standard.

Allen & Heath has released the latest version of its iLive firmware, V1.9. Enhancements include new GEQ, Dynamic EQ and Multi-Band compressor emulations, increased MIDI control options and improvements to the functionality in the supporting iLive Editor software and MixPad app.

Behringer notes that its new, eight-model line of Xenyx QX Series mixers  incorporate custom-designed FX engines from Klark Teknik with 32 studio-grade presets, dual addressable parameters, Tap function and storable user settings, plus “wireless-ready” integration with Behringer’s upcoming ULM Series digital wireless microphones.

Los Angeles, CA – Roland Systems Group previews the Roland M-200i, a compact mixing solution for those who want the flexibility and mobility of comprehensive iPad control fused with the precision of a professional digital mixing console. The M-200i makes its debut at the InterBEE show in Tokyo, Japan on November 14, 2012. The physical console features a 32-channel architecture with 17 motorized faders, 8 AUX, 4 Matrix, 8 DCA’s, 24 physical inputs and 14 outputs. In addition to the physical inputs the M-200i can mix in audio sources from the USB ports via computer or flash key.
