RackTools 3.5, the free layout and specification software package that includes all products from Middle Atlantic, has been updated to save users time. The changes include new shapes for user-defined components and additional drawing export flexibility.
Users can now export a complete drawing to AutoCAD, for example. RackTools 3.5 also supports shapes for user-defined equipment including amplifiers, receivers and DVRs. An expanded library of RSH Series custom rackshelf shapes is also available with new single, dual and triple LCD shapes.
RackTools 3.5 also offers smaller file sizes and enhanced navigation. It lets users output AutoCAD drawings in 1:1 ratio, and user-created components can now be shared among a variety of machines.
RackTools 3.5’s drag-and-drop interface helps engineers and salespeople specify Middle Atlantic Products and create accurate rack elevation, plan side and rear view drawings, purchase orders and quotes.
