Community's VLF (Versatile Low Frequency) series expands with the dual 8-inch VLF208LV, the single 15-inch VLF115 and the single 18-inch VLF118.
The VLF208LV has a larger-volume enclosure than the ultra-compact VLF208. Its birch-ply enclosure measures 10 x 21.75 x 21.75 inches. Features include a frequency response down to 40 Hz (-3dB), an operating range to 30 Hz (-10dB), 1000W capability and a low velocity port design that extends the response while eliminating air noise through the 16-gauge steel perforated grille. It is available in both portable and installation versions, in black or white.
The VLF115 and VLF118 also offer a slim profile, with a half-space sensitivity of 98dB. The VLF115 handles 1500W with an operating range of 25 Hz to 1000 Hz, while the VLF118 handles 2000W with an operating range of 26 Hz to 1000 Hz. Both are availailable in portable and installation versions in black, white and unfinished versions, with custom colors available as an option.
The entire family of VLF subwoofers is designed to complement Community's front-of-house loudspeaker systems in a variety of applications including theaters, music venues, clubs, restaurants, auditoria, houses of worship, schools and other fixed install or portable applications.
