Bosch’s Security Systems tech support division recently launched a new knowledgebase website at http://knowledge.boschsecurity.com. It includes a library of technical articles covering all Bosch Security and Communications (Bosch Conferencing & Public Address, Electro-Voice, RTS, Telex) product lines.
The company’s tech support team will be updating the knowledgebase website with articles on a regular basis, in various formats including Q&A, Glossary, and Tutorials. Through this interface, users may also submit their own questions and can even download the entire database.
There are hyperlinks to the Knowledgebase on the support pages within the Electro-Voice, RTS, and Telex websites. In addition, live chat finctionality is planned for June/July.
