Event Details

1980s rock tribute band PopRox Hawaii made the trip to the Ninth Island (a.k.a. Las Vegas) to perform at the Noypitz Bar & Grill in late August. Frontman and guitarist John R. Borja, who doubles as the band’s tour manager and senior engineer, performed Aug. 25-26, with an assist from crew members pictured above. They include, from left, Cham Z. Estrada, the venue’s FOH engineer; Andrew W. Frechtman, drum and stage tech; Victor K. Effler, monitor/systems engineer; and stage tech Benjamin “Benji” Juan.
