Event Details
Although the National Fried Chicken Festival (FCF), founded in New Orleans in 2016, is presented by Raising Cane’s, this event serves as a showcase for fried chicken and other offerings from more than 50 participating restaurants. The two-day event, which took place Sept. 30-Oct. 1, 2023, featured two music stages with all-day entertainment from local and national artists on the shoreline of New Orlean’s Lake Pontchartrain.
