Event Details:
The new one-day outdoor music festival was staged Sept. 18 on Mare Island, site of the first U.S. naval shipyard on the West Coast. The lineup included Fantastic Negrito, Dumpstaphunk, Jackie Greene, Them Vibes and New Monsoon.
