PESCARA, Italy — New Sound Service used Proel Sound Reinforcement systems for Tim Cup 2009, a major Italian soccer event. This year’s contest featured Juventus, AC Milan and Inter Milan in a three-way battle for the Cup at the at the Stadio Adriatico. The system chosen included:

“This event required the use of a system which could provide excellent outdoor sound coverage,” said Marco Lovato of New Sound Service. “That’s why, in combination with the Axiom system, consisting of six clusters covering the whole stadium, we decided to use the Edge system which, thanks to its 180° horizontal coverage, provided outstanding sound to the central stand.”
The Stadio Adriatico in Pescara, which hosted the 2009 Mediterranean Games last summer, had already chosen Proel for its emergency evacuation system and its maxi-screen, which was installed by Proel Group company EVR Media.
