Danley Sound Labs’ SH-64 is designed as a standalone system for applications requiring high-SPL and low distortion. Danley said the SH-64 incorporates nine drivers in a single horn enclosure. Comprising four 15-inch woofers, four 4-inch mid-frequency drivers and a single 1.4-inch high frequency driver in a new enclosure, Danley touts the SH-64’s fidelity, low-frequency pattern control and magnitude/phase response.
Capable of generating 138 dB SPL (program) with an input power rating of 2800 W (program), it offers a coverage pattern of 60 degrees horizontal by 40 degrees vertical across a frequency range of 50 Hz to 16 kHz (+/- 3 dB). Sensitivity (@ 1m) is 103 dB SPL. The SH-64 is available as an install version and touring version with handles and wheels. The cabinet is constructed of 13-ply Baltic birch, internally braced, with a water resistant polyurea coating and a steel grill, and is fitted with Neutrik NL4 connectors. A powered version and weatherized options are also available. The product will be featured at InfoComm booth #6741 and demo room #W204C next month in Orlando.
