ANN ARBOR, MI — Aerial Enterprises, Inc, of Whitmore Lake, Mich, deployed an Electro-Voice PA to Ann Arbor's Hill Auditorium for the Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis (March 15) and Brazilian guitarist/singer Gilberto Gil (March 16). The EV rig was specified by Jim Lillie and Jeff Jones of Aerial Enterprises. The concerts were presented by the University of Michigan Musical Society ("UMS"), an arts, entertainment and education organization.

"Jim Lillie designed this system, and has it tweaked to perfection in this outstanding venue," Jones said of the rig. Aerial used L/C/R arrays using one XLC215 flown over five XLC full range boxes, with a center array of six XLCs.

The FOH engineers for the acts were David Robinson (w/ Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra) and Leco Possolo (w/ Gilberto Gil).
