AUSTIN, TX — Dale Singleton, a lighting provider in Austin, Texas, has reported that a large amount of gear for the band with whom he has been working has been stolen from the band's trailer. According to Singleton, the first time the thieves took everything but the drums, and this time they took everything "but the spare tire." Singleton was running lighting for a local band in Austin when the incident took place. The gear stolen includes musical instruments, cases, amps, speakers, processors and more. Both Mesa Boogie 4×12 guitar cabinets, with vintage 30 speakers, were reported to be in road-ready Keal Cases. The ESP LTD M250 has arrow head inlays and a grey satin finish with a skull and crossbones sticker on the bottom part of the body just left of the volume and tone knobs. One rack consisted of a 10-space rack with casters, which included a Furman PL Plus II Power Conditioner; Furman Rack Rider-131 EQ; a drawer containing wires, picks and accessories; and a Mesa SimulClass 290 Power Amp. A second rack with casters included a Furman PL Plus II Power Conditioner, Furman PQ-3 EQ, a Rocktron Prophesy Multiple Effect Processor and a Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier with a black diamond plate face and chrome chassis.
