Soundcraft V6.4.7 Update for Vi Series Consoles

Soundcraft announces a new update V6.4.7 for all Vi1000, 2000, 3000, 5000, 7000 and Vi200/400/600 consoles. The update adds major new VCA Spill functionality in addition to other new features and bug fixes.

Key New Features

VCA Spill: Allows members of a VCA group to be temporarily spilled onto the surface in the right-hand bay, overflowing into other bays, triggered by VCA Master ‘F’ key.

Channel Muted Indication in FLW (Sends on Faders) Mode: Provides a flashing red/green warning illumination on the Aux send ON button, if the channel is muted.

Remote Control of Cue List on Mixing Station App: Remotely scroll, recall, create, delete, and rename Cues within the Vi’s Cue List, using the 3rd party Mixing Station app.

Control Surface Brightness Presets Now Editable: Customize the HIGH, MID, and LOW presets, includes on/off switching for side logos and rear lamp sockets.

Bug fixes include: Vix000 crashed if a Matrix Solo was switched off in certain conditions; Tie Lines output patches were sometimes changed by snapshot recall; and Cue list stopped saving cues when Realtime Rack was connected.
