Atlanta-based hip hop and R&B station Hot 107.9 (WHAT) returned with another one-day festival at Atlanta’s State Farm Arena on June 22, with the annual event’s first female artist headliner, Latto, in the spotlight. Surprise guests included Usher, 21 Savage, Summer Walker, Mariah the Scientist and Flo Milli.
