Event Details
The University of Arizona’s 159th commencement ceremony took place May 12, welcoming more than 4,500 students and 33,000 guests to Arizona Stadium, home of the Wildcats NCAA football team. Event highlights included a commencement speech by Michael Tubbs, former mayor of Stockton, CA and founder of Tubbs Ventures. The event also featured student and alumni awards, honorary degrees and special recognition for those graduating with honors. Along with audio production, Clearwing Productions supported the event’s lighting and video needs, providing Ayrton, Claypaky, Martin and Robe fixtures with a grandMA2 console for control along with Tyler Truss and LED video.
