Solid State Logic will demo the latest software update for its SSL live performance production consoles — including its flagship L650 — with the new V5.2 software at InfoComm 2023 in Orlando from June 14-16.
Designed for touring, installed sound and house of worship users, and building on the SSL platform’s existing integrated control for Meyer Sound Spacemap Go and L-Acoustics’ L-ISA, the new SSL Live V5.2 update adds control of d&b audiotechnik’s Soundscape immersive loudspeaker system within the console’s ecosystem. V5.2 software also delivers greatly enhanced “Rehearsal and Recorder” functionality, which includes multiple switching groups, flexible routing and locking override functions. Version 5.2 software is compatible with the entire range of consoles and highlights SSL’s commitment to keeping SSL Live on the cutting-end of live sound production.
