Eighteen Sound Hires Jeffrey Cox

REGGIO EMILIA, Italy — Eighteen Sound, which announced a change of ownership and new factory location in June, now announces that audio industry veteran Jeffrey Cox, who previously played pivotal roles with both L-Acoustics and EAW, has joined the company.

Eighteen Sound of Reggio Emilia, Italy announced that Jeffrey Cox has joined the company to participate in the growth and market development of the company.  In June of this year, Eighteen Sound announced its organizational independence from the corporate structure of AEB Technologies, and in this process, Eighteen Sound CEO Antonia Fiaccadori selected Cox to further align the company’s goals toward 2014, 2015 and beyond.

“Jeffrey brings a unique set of experiences, relationships and understanding to Eighteen Sound.  I want to make sure that the company maintains the kind of dedicated and individual focus that we are known for, and Jeffrey exemplifies that in the way he conducts business.  This is how we want to expand.”

Eighteen Sound moved to its new Reggio Emilia location in June of 2013, and now has the world-class setting and production facilities they have envisioned.  The new factory and offices provide the customized space and accommodations, including robotic assembly lines and a state-of-the-art testing rooms, that are essential in their specialized business model.
