MADISON, WI — Full Compass Systems named Jim Ripp assistant sales manager. Ripp, who has dual degrees from the University of Wisconsin – School of Music (in Piano Performance and K-12 Music Education) comes to Full Compass from Falcetti Music Co., which he had joined in 1993.
At Falcetti, Ripp managed employees, teachers and gained experience in sales, customer service and technical support, working as a store manager, sales rep and teacher. Prior to that, Ripp worked at Forbes-Meagher Music Company, where he served as sales/general manager and director of education.
“Jim is a great fit for our organization,” said Roxanne Wenzel, vice president of sales and marketing for Full Compass. “His skills and experience will greatly complement the sales management we already have in place and help us continue our double-digit growth.”
