RIO DE JANEIRO – For Shakira's "The Sun Comes Out" world touring, in support of her latest recordings, She Wolf and Sale el Sol, the artist and her musicians have been using Sennheiser's wireless microphones, wireless personal monitoring systems and wireless instrument systems.
Shakira's vocals are captured with a Neumann KK 105 S condenser capsule with a Sennheiser SKM 5000-II transmitter and EM 3732-II receiver, and the artist and her musicians are all using Sennheiser ew300 IEM G3 wireless personal monitors.

In addition, 14 wireless Sennheiser SK 2000-XP instrument body-pack transmitters are also being used for the mobile instruments, including Shakira's guitar. Six Sennheiser EM 2050 receivers grab the wireless signals from the air with the assistance of Sennheiser A2003-UHF antennas.

Although the varying RF terrain is always a challenge, the 140-show tour, now wrapping up in Rio de Janeiro after traveling worldwide, has gone smoothly.
