TC-Helicon's VoiceLive Rack is based on the effects engine that also powers TC-Helicon units like VoiceLive Touch and VoiceLive 2, including effects for vocals such as µMod (detune, chorus, flange), Echo & Delay, Reverb, Harmony, HardTune & Correction, Doubling, Transducer (distortion & megaphone), Rhythmic (stutter, tremolo, etc.) and Tone (Adaptive EQ, compression, de-esser, etc.).
Setting up vocal sounds is made easier with digital recall of a complete Mic Channel with gain and phantom settings.
VoiceLive Rack comes with a TC-Helicon MP-75 microphone that lets the singer to control the effects of VoiceLive Rack directly from the microphone. VoiceLive Rack can also be controlled via a footswitch.
VoiceLive Rack comes with 238 presets, and enough memory for 400 presets in total. Everything is stored – even the gain setting of the digitally-controlled analog mic preamp.
VoiceLive Rack can generate vocal harmonies controlled by a real-time, analog signal by a guitar, with MIDI data from a keyboard or by setting key and scale. Using the MIDI option, users gain 100% control over the added harmonies.
