D-Tools Customer Support Portal

D-Tools' new customer support portal for users of its system integrator software is now active, giving users another way to communicate with the D-Tools Support team. Among other capabilities, users can track and review customer support tickets, re-open closed tickets, reply to tickets, or submit new tickets. They can also interact with a Knowledge Base for D-Tools' SI4, SI5, and SIx.
