SYDNEY, Australia – Audinate Pty Ltd elected David Krall, who joined the company's board of directors earlier this year, as chairman of the board. Krall has 20 years experience building technology businesses, most recently as president and COO of Roku, a provider of streaming entertainment devices for TV.
Krall, the former CEO of Avid Technology Inc., also currently serves as executive chair of QSecure, is a board member for Progress Software and is a strategic advisor to Roku, Universal Audio and GrapeGenie.
