WEST HARTFORD, CT and FAIRFIELD, NJ – Legrand North America has agreed to acquire Middle Atlantic Products, Inc.
The completion of the transaction is anticipated for mid-June and is subject to the satisfaction of certain requirements, including regulatory approval. Until the deal closes, Legrand and Middle Atlantic will continue to operate as separate, independent companies.
Once acquired, Middle Atlantic will operate as an independent business within Legrand. This new, fifth division under Legrand – its Commercial AV division – would be led by Mike Baker, president of Middle Atlantic Products.
