Tannoy's DVS series surface mount speakers for fixed installations include the DVS 4/DVS 4t (10.91" x 6.71" x 6.52," 3.96 lbs.); DVS 6/DVS 6t (13.41" x 8.36" x 8.52," 6.83 lbs.; pictured here); and DVS 8/DVS 8t (17.78" x 11.42" x 11.65," 11.67 lbs.).
The speakers have a point-source driver design with 4," 6" and 8" mid bass drivers, respectively, with a coaxially mounted 19mm (0.75") high frequency section mounted in an injection-molded surface-mount enclosure made from UV/weather resistant ABS material. All are available in black or white with color-matched steel mounting bracket included.
The point-source driver design lets DVS series speakers be mounted vertically or horizontally, and all are equipped with an internally mounted low insertion loss line transformer for 70V or 100V distributed sound applications.
