The Stanton Group Announces Sales Force Reorganization

FRANKFURT, Germany – The Stanton Group named Steve Van Laere, who has been with the company since 2003, senior director of worldwide sales for all Stanton Group brands, Stanton Magnetics, KRK and Cerwin-Vega. In his new role, Van Laere adds responsibility for the Latin America/Canada and Asia Pacific regions to his previous role as managing director of EMEA.

 

 

 

 

In addition, Nils Karsten, who joined The Stanton Group as EU sales manager in 2004, has been promoted to director of KRK worldwide sales. He had previously been promoted to director of sales in 2008.

 

Also, Sean Bowman has been promoted to U.S. national sales manager.  Prior to joining The Stanton Group as eastern regional manager, Bowman held the national accounts manager and eastern regional manager positions at Auralex Acoustics.

 

 

 

 

Andrew Duafala has been appointed director, Key Accounts, U.S., a new position, where he will work with U.S. resellers including Guitar Center Enterprises and Best Buy, and will also the company's domestic sales organization on national promotions and product sell-through. A 15-year veteran, Duafala previously served as vice president of global channel sales at Euphonix, and prior to that, as international sales manager for E-MU Systems.

 

 

  

 

 

Lastly, Jean van Doorslaer has been named regional sales manager EMEA. His previous sales experience encompasses business management in the event and trade show field, and in selling Stanton Magnetics and Cerwin-Vega PRO lines in Belgium and Luxembourg through a former distributor, EVDV.
